Hi, 5;7" 150 to 155lb here. What size do you recommend? I want to make sure the gi will stay compliant with IBJJF rules after repeat wash.

Hello,

5'7" 150~155, debating between A1 and A1L. Which one would you recommend? Does the gi shrink? I want to make sure it will be IBJJF compliant but not too large either.
